• • Mabel’s Kitchen: Open – 11 a.m. – 12 a.m.
• • Loco’s Mexican Grill & Cantina: Closed
• • Hotel: Open – Please call 1-800-294-4386 for reservations.

Due to the impending effects on Acadiana from Hurricane Delta, Cypress Bayou Casino Hotel will temporarily suspend all operations beginning Thursday, October 8, 2020, at 2 a.m. until Sunday, October 11, 2020, at 10 a.m.

We encourage residents to finish preparations as soon as possible and stay aware of weather notifications on potential impact.

Team members of Cypress Bayou Casino Hotel should check with their immediate supervisor for additional schedule changes due to the storm.

Additionally, we will observe the following cancellations of the previously scheduled promotions below:

• • Rescheduled August Birthday Drawing – Scheduled for Thursday, October 8, 2020
• • Exclusive Invitation Only Giveaway – Scheduled for Friday, October 9, 2020
• • $75,000 Monster Mash for Cash – Scheduled for Saturday, October 10, 2020

Refunds will automatically be issued for guests who previously had hotel reservations for Thursday, October 8, 2020, through Saturday, October 10, 2020.
